Fight Night Round 3: Continuing the Tradition of Great Boxing Gaming
The predecessor of the Fight Night Round 3 was such an astonishing hit that many gamers thought it would be difficult to follow up with its success. Fight Night Round 2 was a perennial favorite with a lot of serious gamers all over the world and Fight Night Round 3 gave its developers a lot of headaches to exceed the peoples expectations. And once again, the people from EA have astounded us with Fight Night Round 3 and its great boxing game play.
The Fight Night Round 3 has proven that not only is it better than its previous version, but it has also shown that it is easily one of the best game titles available for the Xbox 360 to date.
What makes it exceptionally well is its incredible graphics. They are astonishingly realistic and have the best human models that can be seen in all of the video games sold today. People from about 5 meters away from your TV screen would think that your watching true boxing if they didn't know you were playing the game. With an HDTV, you will be able to easily see the expressions on the faces of the characters and because there are no onscreen indicators, you'll think that it's real boxing yourself.

The game play of the Fight Night Round 3 is not something to scoff at. With the Xbox 360 version having more realistic motion, you can have more reaction time and be able to parry and block your opponents blows more easily. You will also be able to look for more openings for your jabs and combinations.
You will also see that with the Fight Night Round 3, you will basically have the same controls, but, doing combinations will be a bit harder. Before, doing your moves was easier and a fight could be over in a flash using sheer fire power of the punches, this makes the game unrealistic. Doing haymakers takes a longer time and opponents are able to prepare themselves for defense.
This results to a player having to resort to strategy and smarts to win the game. Being able to adjust to different tactics by different boxers is the key to winning. This makes the game more satisfying to play as it poses more challenges. But for people who just want to go on berserker rages, then the Fight Night Round 3 is not for you.
